Every room includes:

• A copy of Alice Hoffman's Practical Magic, mailed to you before the weekend with a wax-sealed acceptance letter
• A welcome cocktail, with a zero-proof twin always available
• Your welcome spell kit, handed to you at the door
• A tarot reading during Saturday's welcome hours
• The blind book swap
• A botanical tea-blending workshop, including a tin of your own blend to take home
• Real reading time, actually on the schedule, completely unprogrammed
• The letter nook (write a letter to your future self and we'll mail it back to you in spring)
• Saturday dinner around one long table
• Chocolate cake, because the aunts would insist

Everything on that list is for every guest in the room, so if you bring a friend they get all of it too.

Not included: getting to Boise, Saturday lunch, and whatever finds you on the trolley. A known risk.

When it happens: arrivals begin at 2:45pm on Saturday, October 24, and we ask everyone to be here by 3:15 so nobody misses the welcome circle. We wrap around 1:30pm Sunday at the trolley, and nobody gets rushed out the door.

What to bring: one beloved book you've already read, wrapped, for the blind book swap · your ID (we check them at the door) · a cozy layer for sitting outside after dark. Clothes that feel a little witchy are encouraged from dinner onward, and never required.

Coming solo? Most people do. You'll draw a Sister at check-in, trade a wrapped book with someone new, and share one long dinner table. You may arrive alone, but you won't spend the weekend feeling like the odd one out. The whole house is ours: six rooms, about a dozen readers, small on purpose.

About parking: it's limited at the house, and Trolley Parton has claimed the best spot (she's the size of a small building). Getting dropped off, riding together, or nearby street parking will all be easier.

The fine print: 21+, and we check IDs at arrival · made for book lovers, everyone's welcome · we'll be taking photos and film for Curbside, so tell us at check-in if you'd rather stay out of them · dietary needs and allergies go in the order notes at checkout, and please tell us everything.

Change of plans? Totally fair. Tickets are transferable to a friend anytime. Full refund (minus processing) up to 30 days out, 50% up to 14 days, and no refunds inside 14 days, because by then the chocolate cake is already in motion.
