Shipping policy

The short version: books ship from Boise, merch ships from our print partner, and the exact cost shows up at checkout before you pay a cent. No surprises, no mystery fees.

Books. We pack orders between pop-ups, usually within 2–4 business days (sooner if it rains, slower if it's a three-market weekend). Within the US, economy shipping starts at $4.90 and standard at $6.90 — checkout calculates the exact rate by weight, so one paperback costs less to send than your entire new fantasy phase.

Merch. Mugs, totes, tees, and other Snoots-adjacent goods ship separately from our print partner, usually within a week. If your order has both books and merch, they'll arrive in separate packages (they're fine, they just travel differently). US flat rates run about $4.50–$7.

International. Yes, we ship internationally — via DHL Express, with rates calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import fees are the recipient's responsibility (sorry, that one's genuinely not ours to waive).

Local? We don't have a storefront — we have a trolley, which is better but famously mobile — so there's no in-person pickup for online orders just yet. If you're in the Treasure Valley and want to skip shipping entirely, come find us at a pop-up. The events page always knows where Trolley Parton will be.
