Shipping policy

Books travel well. Here's how ours do it.

The short version: books ship from Boise, merch ships from our print partner, and the exact cost shows up at checkout before you pay a cent. No surprises, no mystery fees.

Books. We pack orders between pop-ups, usually within 2–4 business days (sooner if it rains, slower if it's a three-market weekend). Within the US, economy shipping starts at $5.90 and standard at $13.90 — checkout calculates the exact rate by weight, so one paperback costs less to send than your entire new fantasy phase. And US orders of $60 or more ship free (books love company).

Merch. Mugs, totes, tees, and other Snoots-adjacent goods ship separately from our print partner, usually within a week. If your order has both books and merch, they'll arrive in separate packages (they're fine, they just travel differently). US flat rates run about $4.50–$7.

Canada? Yes! We ship to our Canadian neighbors via DHL Express, with rates calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import fees are the recipient's responsibility (sorry, that one's genuinely not ours to waive). Everywhere else: not yet, but email us and we'll see what we can figure out.

Local? Choose free pickup at checkout and we'll bring your order to our next pop-up (you get your books, we get to say hi, Snoots gets a visitor). Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you to confirm which event to grab yours at. The events page always knows where Trolley Parton will be.
